Have had some ups and downs here. I guess I keep thinking I will eat one more bad thing and still have time to really start. dumb.
But I had a few good days of tuna salad, or turkey and broccoli and that helped lose back a couple of pounds.

Good luck with your goal. I'm climbing Mt. Fuji in Japan in the summer so need to get out walking more myself!
